2. What we collect
Through the forms on this site we collect only: your name, phone number, email address, the location of the work, the type of service, the description you write and, optionally, any photos you choose to attach.
For technical and security reasons we also record the IP address, browser and submission time. These are used to prevent automated form submissions and to be able to evidence consent.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We do not use your data to send you marketing unless you separately and explicitly agree to it.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for for 12 months and then automatically anonymised. Data tied to invoiced work is kept for the applicable tax and commercial limitation periods.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or trade your data. It is accessible only to the suppliers needed to run the website and email:
- Hostinger International Ltd.: web hosting and email (servers in the European Union)
- Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies; may involve an international data transfer to the United States
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@ecsoluciones.es, providing proof of identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, which for the controller is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Forms are protected against automated submission and data is stored in a database with restricted access. No processing is completely immune, but we apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the volume and sensitivity of the data handled.
