What we do
EC Soluciones works on electrical installations, plumbing, air conditioning and renovations for private homes, apartment blocks and commercial premises. All four services come from the same company, and that is the main reason clients call us: on a renovation you are not coordinating three separate trades, or refereeing between them when something does not line up.
How we work
Three things we always do, and do not negotiate on:
- Explain before we touch anything. We tell you what we found, in language that makes sense without a trade background, and what your options are. If there is a cheap fix that will hold, we say so, even when it means less work for us.
- Quote in writing. With materials and labour itemised, and with anything that could change flagged as such. A price agreed verbally protects nobody.
- Leave the site tidy. Every day, not just the last one.
About what we do not say
This site does not claim we are the best, the fastest or the cheapest. We could not prove it and you have no reason to believe it. What we can do is show you finished work, give you a clear quote and keep the date we gave you.
