Professional solutions for your home and your business
Electrical work, plumbing, air conditioning and renovations, one point of contact.
We tell you what needs doing, what it costs and when we can start.
- One point of contact
- A written quote
Four services, one company
We cover the electrics, the water, the climate and the building work. On a renovation that means one programme and one person to ask.
What you can expect from us
One point of contact
The electrics, plumbing and air conditioning are ours. You are not coordinating three trades or refereeing between them.
A written quote
Materials and labour itemised, with anything that could change flagged before we start. A price agreed verbally protects nobody.
We explain before we start
What we found and what your options are, in language that makes sense without a trade background.
The site left tidy each day
What is not being touched gets protected, and we clear up at the end of the day, not just the last one.
From the first call to the finished job
-
You tell us what is happening
By phone, WhatsApp or the form. Photos let us be far more precise.
-
We assess and quote
If the job is clear, we send the quote straight over. If we need to see the installation, we arrange a visit and tell you beforehand.
-
We agree a date
A specific date we can keep, not an "as soon as possible".
-
We do the work and check it with you
At the end we go through it together to confirm everything works, and hand over the paperwork for the material installed.
Some recent jobs
Full home renovation
Living room and kitchen renovation
Bathroom renovation
Areas we cover
We regularly work in the following areas. If yours is not listed, get in touch anyway and we will tell you whether we can travel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Preparing and sending you a quote is free and commits you to nothing.
Where a reliable figure requires seeing the installation in person, we tell you before we travel and confirm whether that visit is chargeable and how much. A charge you were not told about in advance will never appear.
What should I tell you to get an accurate quote?
The more specific you are, the smaller the margin of error. It helps a great deal to know:
- Exactly what is happening, and since when
- The type of property and roughly how old it is
- The town or district
- Photos of the affected point and, if possible, of the consumer unit or stopcock
With photos we can rule things out and give you a realistic range. Without them we can usually only give a broad bracket.
How soon can you come?
It depends on the urgency and on that week's workload. We would rather give you a date we can keep than one that sounds good.
When you write to us we sort the job into one of three: something that can wait and gets scheduled; something worth dealing with soon; and a situation with real risk, water escaping, a burning smell, a consumer unit tripping constantly. The last group goes first. Our reply gives you a specific date, not an "as soon as possible".
Outside normal hours we handle emergencies for a surcharge, which we tell you before we start.
Do you need to visit before quoting?
For well-defined jobs, moving a socket, swapping a tap, fitting a split unit on an ordinary wall, usually not: photos and a few measurements are enough.
We do ask for a visit when something has to be opened up to know what is behind it, when the installation is old, when the work affects several rooms, or when access shapes the job (upper floors without a lift, internal courtyards, façades with restrictions). In those cases a price given blind is almost always too low, and that hurts both of us.
Shall we put a quote together?
Tell us what you need and we will come back with a clear assessment. Free and with no obligation.
